Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, ready made items can be returned within 14 days after receiving them. The customer is responsible for the shipment cost of the return, as well as making sure the product arrives undamaged. Once the item is returned in its original state, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

This return policy is valid for ready made items only. Unfortunately custom orders or made to order items like the HOMEBODY letters, can not be returned.

Please note that HOMEBODY is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages and that refunds are only valid on physical products. Gift cards or shipping costs will not be refunded.

Accidents

HOMEBODY goods are packed and shipped with great care but very occasionally an accident happens in the mail. If you received a damaged item, please get in touch through the contact form and provide me with details and photos. A replacement product will be send out to you as soon as possible.
